Seven seasons, one harvest: Farm to Fork: Pick of the Crop premieres Monday 2 November on 10

Andy Allen, Poh Ling Yeow, Louis Tikaram, Sarah Todd, Magdalena Roze, Darren Robertson, Diana Chan, Anjali Pathak and more lead a best-of series celebrating the farmers and recipes behind Australia’s favourite paddock-to-plate show.

For seven seasons, Farm to Fork has been a trusted companion in Australian kitchens, loved for its warmth, its honesty and its celebration of the people who grow our food. Now, after more than 640 episodes and an audience of tens of millions, the series created by showrunners Rikki-Lee Lacco and Darren Anderson is going back through the archive to serve up the very best of it.

Farm to Fork: Pick of the Crop premieres Monday 2 November at midday on Channel 10. Over 20 episodes, the series revisits the standout recipes and the growers, fishers and producers whose stories have defined the show since it first went to air.

Farm to Fork remains one of the most screened shows on Australian television. It has connected city and country, given audiences a genuine appreciation of where their food comes from, and taught millions of Australians to turn fresh, seasonal produce into simple, achievable meals.

Following Pick of the Crop, Farm to Fork Season 8 premieres on Monday 30 November on 10, with an exciting host line-up to be announced soon.

And there is much more to come. Pick of the Crop marks the start of an exciting new chapter, with a new evolution of the Farm to Fork brand coming soon in the digital space and beyond. It will take the show’s mix of great produce, trusted cooks and real farming stories to wherever Australians watch, scroll, shop and cook, giving a new generation more ways to discover where their food comes from. Further details will be announced in the coming weeks.

Viewers will reconnect with some of Australia’s best-loved chefs and cooks, including Andy Allen, Poh Ling Yeow, Louis Tikaram, Sarah Todd, Magdalena Roze, Darren Robertson, Diana Chan, Anjali Pathak, Courtney Roulston and Michael Weldon, as they meet the farmers, growers and producers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to put food on Australian tables.

“We’ve spent seven seasons on the road meeting the people who grow our food, and every one of those visits has a story worth telling again,” said Rikki-Lee Lacco, co-creator and showrunner of Farm to Fork. “Pick of the Crop is the best of that work: the recipes people still cook at home, and the farmers they still talk to us about. Australians want to know where their food comes from, and backing the people who grow it has always been at the heart of this show. And this is just the beginning. We’re about to take Farm to Fork into the digital space in a way we never have before, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming.”

“Pick of the Crop is a celebration of the growers and producers who opened their gates to us, and the incredible chefs who brought their produce to life,” said Darren Anderson, co-creator and showrunner of Farm to Fork. “When we started this show, we wanted to put Australian agriculture front and centre on national television. Seven years on, Farm to Fork is one of the most screened shows in the country, and this series lets audiences relive the moments they’ve loved most. It’s the perfect lead-in to an exciting new season on 30 November, and we couldn’t be prouder of what’s coming next.”
