Set to open its doors in 2024, their first resort and private homes in the United States, One&Only Moonlight Basin is the latest addition to the One&Only collection. Designed by renowned architect Olson Kundig, the resort is currently being crafted amidst the fragrant pines and glistening peaks of Montana and is set to open its doors summer of 2024. Marriot St. Regis, Los Cabos Mexico

The luxury Marriot St. Regis resort will be located in Quivira, around 40 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport. The resort is set to open on the beachfront, across almost 2,000 acres of land. It will include 120 rooms and suites, plus 74 exclusive residences, ranging from condominiums, to villas, all with ocean views. Guests will have access to miles of beach, hills, walking trials and more. Amenities on offer include multiple swimming pools, a private beach club, a saltwater pool, a spa and fitness centre. It will also be in the vicinity if the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus golf course. With three stunning restaurants on-site from all-day dining to a signature restaurant and a beach club bar and grill.

Four Seasons, Los Cabos

This Luxury brand is set to open 2023 and make base in Cabo Del Sol, the newest Four Seasons will sit on 50 acres of prime beachfront land. With 74 guest rooms, 17 suites and five villas there will be plenty on offer for everyone. As for amenities, there are set to be multiple pools to suit all family and couples visiting, a spa, plus 5 different restaurants, poolside dining and even a food truck by the gold course. As well as this, a kids club and a small gift shop. Those staying at the resort will have access to the golf course and can book other activities in Los Cabos.

Limelight Hotel Mammoth & Residences Mammoth Mountains, California

The new Limelight Hotel and Residences will feature 151 hotel rooms and 15 luxury residences for sale, each with staggering views of the mountains, as well as a restaurant, lounge and club all within easy walking distance of the slopes at Mammoth Mountain. Each room will feature comfortable, contemporary furnishings, in-room banquette for work, play or dining, ample storage and a sink and mini fridge perfect for snack and beverages. The Hotel’s stylish design will embrace and celebrate the beautiful nature surroundings of the Sierras, all while providing the comforts of home travellers have come to expect from the Limelight Hotels. Opening 2024.

Tommy Bahama Resort and Spa, Greater Palm Springs

Tommy Bahama Resort and Spa is Set to open late 2023, in Indian Wells, California. Tommy Bahama has brought the resort lifestyle to its guest’s trough a wide range of products combined with extraordinary hospitality in its retail stores, bars and restaurants. Tommy Bahama is partnering with Lowe, a national commercial and hospitality real estate investor and operator and developer of world-class destination hotel and resort properties. This resort will feature 215 custom appointed rooms including 23 suites, 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, three resort style pools, and signature treatments at the 12,000-square-foot spa. The entire property will receive the Tommy Bahama design aesthetic. This will be an ideal location for leisure travels, groups, events, retreats, and weddings as well as local hangouts.

Hotel Genevieve, Louisville, Kentucky

Located in the heart of NuLu neighbourhood, with architecture by Memphis-based LLW Architects - The Hotel Genevieve features 122 rooms on six floors, along with a restaurant, lush rooftop, mini market, and intimate bar. The hotels name is inspired by a reginal type of limestone, Saint Genevieve, which is a key ingredient in bourbon production. As Bunkhouse’s first hotel in Louisville, they will aim to provide the amenities that the NuLu neighbourhood and community need, which will lead to a number of Bunkhouse firsts, including a mini market offering curated grocery staples, fresh local produce, snacks and beverages. The hotel will also feature the brands first rooftop restaurant and bar, a magical enclave providing city views in an opulent garden setting. Bunkhouse will continue to lean on the brands values and sense of community, by collaborating with local vendors, sourcing furniture in town, and hiring Louisville born staff. As well as partnering with local Rabbit Hole Distillery.
