Elite Havens to Launch Akkulla Bali, Redefining Luxury Villa Living in Seminyak

Luxury Living In Bali

A major new player is set to reshape Bali’s luxury hospitality landscape, as Elite Havens announces its exclusive management and marketing partnership for Akkulla Bali, a 31-villa contemporary estate opening in Seminyak in the second half of 2026.

As Asia’s leading luxury villa management and service provider, Elite Havens brings nearly three decades of expertise to the project marking one of the most integrated collaborations in the company’s 28-year history. Engaged from inception, the  Elite Havens team has played a pivotal role in shaping every aspect of Akkulla’s development, from architectural direction and villa layouts to service flow, guest experience and pricing strategy.

The project signals a broader shift in Bali’s high-end accommodation market, where professionally managed villa estates are increasingly setting the benchmark for luxury, consistency and service excellence, particularly appealing to Australian travellers looking for both privacy and reliability.

"Being involved from early development has allowed us to help shape the estate around real guest insights, from layout and amenity planning to service flow and pricing strategy," said Maya Rigg, CEO of Elite Havens. "Managing the entire complex enables us to curate the journey from arrival to departure, ensuring consistency, quality, and the warm, personalised service Elite Havens is known for. Akkulla is a beautifully conceived estate, and this partnership represents an exciting new chapter in our growth."

"We chose Elite Havens because of their proven track record launching and managing successful villa estates across Asia. Their team provided invaluable input on guest preferences, villa configurations, operational efficiencies, and market positioning. We wanted an operator with deep expertise, strong distribution reach, and a reputation for personalised service.  Elite Havens brings all of that, along with a clear understanding of how to balance owner returns with exceptional guest experiences."  Jevon Prasetio, Managing Director, Akkulla.

Designed with a focus on connection and tranquillity, Akkulla Bali will combine private pool villas ranging from one-two-three and four  bedrooms, with thoughtfully curated communal spaces. A standout feature will be its multi-level dining and wellness hub, creating a social yet serene environment suited to couples, families and multi-generational groups.

Located in the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali’s most sought-after lifestyle destinations, Akkulla is poised to become one of the island’s most anticipated openings of 2026.
