Elevate your New Year's Eve plans at Copycat! Enjoy champagne and a six-course chef's canapés menu in the lounge for $90 per guest, or indulge in a five-course set menu in the dining room or terrace (accompanied by champagne, of course) for $130 per guest. There will be running two sessions available for each package: 

  • Early session from 4:00 pm till 7:45 pm
  • Late session from 8:00 pm till 12:30 am

This exclusive menu curated by chef Sam Moore will highlight fine local produce, which begins with tuna crudo with the world’s smallest tomatoes, chilli and basil followed by pea cappuccino with prosciutto and parmesan doughnut. Next is the honey glazed Macedon duck breast with fermented blackberries and fennel and slow-roasted wagyu striploin with caramelised shallots and grilled cos lettuce. ‘Textures & Flavours of Valrhona’ is sure to make your last dessert of the year one of your most memorable yet. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of champagne.

Ring in the new year with Commune Group's latest restaurant, New Quarter, located in the heart of Richmond. Offering a set menu at $90 per person, with a premium beverage add-on at $110 per person, New Quarter’s neo-Vietnamese menu includes five snack plates, a second course, a choice of main, sides, and desserts. Think grilled scallop, anchovy crisps, duck floss egg noodles, and the iconic banh mi finger. Choose between two seatings; the Twilight session from 6:00 pm or the after-dark session from 8.15 pm.

This NYE, Ines Wine Bar is delivering its best with a special Chef’s Menu at $110pp. Enjoy freshly shucked oysters, Ines' famous lobster rolls, choice of entree (beef tartar, kingfish crudo, calamari fritti or mushroom arancini), choice of main (seared tuna, eye fillet steak, crab tagliolini or trofie pasta with pesto), bread and salad for the table, choice of dessert (la bomba, torrone semifreddo).
