What We Know About Zenless Zone Zero 2.6 So Far
Zenless Zone Zero is currently enjoying its 2.5 version update with new characters like Ye Shunguang and Zhao joining the Agent roster. The update will be lasting until the start of February, so 2.6 is still a long ways away. However, we already have some nice information about the new Agents and Events coming soon. This is everything we know so far about the upcoming 2.6 version of ZZZ.

🗓️ When Will ZZZ 2.6 Arrive?
Every update for Zenless Zone Zero typically lasts for about a month or around 4 weeks. The current 2.5 version will be ending on February 5th, which leaves 2.6 to start the next day. But when will 2.6 end? That’s where things get a little lost. We don’t know the exact end date for 2.6 and therefore the start for 2.7 yet. However, it can be inferred to be somewhere near the start of March 2026. You can keep up with all the best Agents by checking the Zenless zone zero accounts for sale now!
The start date for 2.6, or at least the exact time of it, will depend on your timezone and the server region you play in. For most, this difference would be a matter of a few hours. If you live in North America though, you might just receive the update a day earlier than everyone else! Besides that, most players will get 2.6 around the 11AM time in their region.
🌟 The Teased 2.6 Featured S-Rank Agents
The featured Agents planned to debut in ZZZ 2.6 are actually Support esc. characters. While Sunna is more likely to be your typical buffer and healer, Aria is an Anomaly Agent who is meant to debuff her enemies for the party. Aria also utilizes the Ether element which is far more niche. The more Ether Agents that get added though, the less challenging making Ether based parties hopefully become.
There are another two Agents heavily hinted to be debuting either in phases of 2.6, or in the future 2.7 update. These are Nangong Yu and Ye Shiyuan. Ye Shiyuan is actually an interesting case, as he’s actually Ye Shunguang’s older brother who just debuted. He also played a major part in the current story quests, so his odds of also debuting are likely. Meanwhile Nangong Yu was hinted through promotional material alongside Aria and Sunna.
🎼 Sunna
The 2.6 update is gonna be all about the Angels of Delusion idol group, and Sunna just so happens to be the main composer for their music. She also tends to be the most active on their social media pages, so their fans know Sunna very well. When she releases, she’ll be a Physical Support Agent as part of the Angels of Delusion faction.
We don’t know exactly how Sunna’s kit will look yet besides looking at unofficial leaks, but her role tells us a little. As a Support Agent, her abilities and Skills will revolve around buffing and healing her party. Since she’s a Physical character too, she’ll be best paired with buffing other Physical Agents.

🎤 Aria
Next in the 2.6 feature is Aria. She’s the main vocalist for the Angels of Delusion girl group and faction. She takes the most spotlight on stage and works hard to inspire others through her and her friends’ music. However, she has two main forms. She can remain as a human for performances and go into a robotic form for battle. We don’t know why just yet, but future story quests are sure to reveal this soon.
Similar to Sunna, Aria can work as her own type of Support Agent. She’s an Anomaly Ether Agent. Instead of buffing her teammates, she will have abilities that debuff enemies instead. This could range from breaking their defenses to making their elemental resistances weaker. The main worry here is how niche the Ether element can be which could make building parties a bit harder.

🤔 What About the 2.7 Agents?
Despite ZZZ’s 2.6 not being anywhere near release, we already have plenty of hints to assume 2.7’s featured S-Rank Agents too. Based off the story quests and social media promotions, Ye Shiyuan and Nangong Yu and very likely to be next. As mentioned prior, Ye Shiyuan is the older brother of Ye Shunguang, who is the current featured Agent. Meanwhile, Nangong is the last idol member of Angels of Delusion, which is the main theme for 2.6.
