Macca’s is bringing pub-style vibes to the menu with the new Bistro Béarnaise Angus range

Two indulgent Aussie Angus burgers – plus the arrival of Kirks Lemon, Lime & Bitters – the  ultimate feed has landed at Macca’s!

25 February 2026: Aussies love a good pub feed – and now, Macca’s is serving up its own  seriously delicious take with the launch of the Bistro Béarnaise Angus range. Think a  gourmet feast of juicy, indulgent and buttery goodness – all made for Aussies who are  serious about good food.

Landing at your local Macca’s from Wednesday 25 February, this limited-edition line up brings rich, buttery Bearnaise sauce and juicy 100% Aussie Angus beef together for a premium take on the pub classics you know and love. And to complete the experience,  Macca’s is welcoming an Aussie icon to the permanent drink’s menu: Kirks Lemon, Lime &  Bitters – the refreshing favourite that’s basically part of our national DNA.

Meet the new line up:

Bistro Béarnaise Angus and Double Angus

Sink your teeth into the Bistro Béarnaise Angus loaded with juicy 100% Aussie Angus beef,  or go big with the Double Angus, stacked with two Angus beef patties. Both come packed  with bacon, crispy onions, cheese, fresh tomato, lettuce and a rich, creamy Béarnaise sauce  – all on a perfectly toasted sesame and poppy seed bun.

Pair it with Kirks Lemon, Lime & Bitters

A great feed deserves the perfect drink - introducing Kirks Lemon, Lime & Bitters. Think  mouthwatering citrus with a hint of bitters flavours. It’s unmistakably Aussie, bringing classic  pub‑style nostalgia straight into Macca’s. And the best part is, it’s here to stay.

Amanda Nakad, Marketing Director of Menu and Brand for McDonald’s Australia, said: “We  know Aussies love big, bold flavours and those iconic pub favourites.

For the first time, we’re levelling up our burgers with a delicious, creamy Béarnaise sauce,  giving Aussies everything they love about a classic pub feast with a signature Macca’s twist.  When you pair that with Kirks Lemon, Lime & Bitters? It’s the ultimate flavour match. It really  doesn’t get more Aussie than that.”

The Bistro Béarnaise Angus range is landing at your local Macca’s from 25 February but hurry,  it's here for a good time, not a long time. Kirks Lemon, Lime & Bitters joins the beverage line  up permanently. Grab them via drive thru, front counter, kiosk and the MyMacca’s app.
