Marco Pierre White Unveils New Menu For Providoor

Legendary British chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White has joined forces locally with leading gourmet meal delivery business Providoor, bringing his exquisite and world-famous food directly to households across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The former 3-star Michelin chef has curated a menu starting with some of his sentimental favourites for the season, joining a stable of renowned chefs, including Manu Feildel, George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan, Luke Nguyen, Anna Polyviou and more.

It’s the first time White’s specially created winter menu dishes will be accessible to food enthusiasts in the comfort of their homes and includes soups, pastas, shares and larger stews.

Families can enjoy White’s ham, pea and mint, minestrone, and potato and leek soup, before delving into a bolognese or mixed mushroom ragu, carbonara mac ‘n’ cheese, or a braised pork knuckle.

“I believe in what Providoor is doing, in providing quality food for families and I see this partnership as an amazing opportunity,” said White.

“The most common question I’m asked is where’s my favourite restaurant? The truth is I like dining at home. Because it’s an environment I’ve created, I feel comfortable, it’s the most natural environment where I feel at ease to eat dinner with my friends and family,” he reflected.

“Whether it’s my white bean and chorizo soup or carbonara mac ‘n’ cheese, Australians can share in the joy of food while in the comfort of their own homes,” he added.

“In today’s fast-paced world, where dining habits are evolving, it’s important to embrace new avenues for sharing our passion for food,” said White.

“When people come home from work, they’ve worked hard all day. I think the reality is, they want something which is comforting, delicious and affordable rather than something which is gastronomic and expensive.”

“I’m going to let you in on a little secret, you know I like to cook, I’ve spent my life cooking but that’s not the secret. The secret is sometimes I don’t want to cook. I want life to be easy and that’s why Providoor is perfect,” he added.

“Read my menu, choose a family favourite and have it delivered to your door. It’s as simple as that,” said White.
