, Ltd. (嘀潮（深圳）網絡科技有限公司, "Dichao"), pursuant to which Dichao will apply the supply chain management solution of the Group on its full range of food products under the brand name Chaoji Food (潮迹食品), and will distribute its products through online channels. Through the cooperation, Dichao will apply the supply chain management solution of the Group with anti-counterfeit, traceability and marketing functions.
Vision International has been mainly serving the apparel industry and has accumulated many years of experience in the supply chain management. Through entering into the Patent Service Agreement with the Service Provider, the Group has been granted the rights to utilize the related patents. The new anti-counterfeit, traceability and marketing functions have enhanced the competitiveness of the Group's SCM services.
