Spacious coastal living is a dream come to life with Omnia

Gaggenau appliances blend harmoniously with architect’s vision

Omnia is a boutique collection of nine architecturally designed three-bedroom apartments in South Cronulla's leafy beachside suburb. Designed with downsizers in mind, each apartment offers spacious living with three aspects across the ocean and suburbs and thoughtfully crafted light-filled interiors inspired by the azure coastal location. The Omnia penthouse lives up to its name with sensational uninterrupted views and the highest quality luxury finishes.

The Omnia development was a collaboration between Innovate Architects and Bronxx, a multi-award-winning placemaker, developer and builder specialising in luxury multi-residential and commercial projects that provide a beautiful and enduring quality of life.

"Our vision for Omnia was to create homes where the hustle and bustle of everyday life fades away from the moment residents turn the key," says Ciaran Goodman, CEO of Bronxx. "Named for their all-encompassing feeling of comfort and serenity, Omnia residences are stunning coastal sanctuaries that capture and reflect the harmony of picturesque Pacific Ocean and Cronulla views."

Omnia's penthouse interiors combine ageless elegance and tranquility with the ultimate in modern living. "The penthouse, like all of Omnia's apartments, is designed to bring the outside in and connect the homeowners to nature," continues Goodman. "Everywhere you turn, the clever use of glass harnesses the magnificent top-floor views while providing the feeling of increased space and a light airiness that enhances wellbeing."

The penthouse's considered open-plan kitchen is designed to be the convenient hub of the home, flowing beautifully into the entertainment and living areas. "The Omnia penthouse kitchen is a step up in elegance," continues Goodman. "As such, we needed to select kitchen appliances that blended with the interior aesthetics without being overbearing. We chose Gaggenau's luxury kitchen products because, like us, Gaggenau is a company of perfectionists and its products offer outstanding functionality and uncompromising quality. We admire the precision craftsmanship and use of the highest quality materials, which ensures the appliances we choose are both beautiful and durable."

The Omnia Penthouse features a carefully curated selection of Gaggenau appliances from its 200 series, which offer a flush aesthetic, seamlessly integrating into the kitchen’s interior. The luxury kitchen combines the Gaggenau 200 microwave, dishwasher, rangehood, oven and 90cm gas cooktop providing maximum visual and culinary impact.

“The choice of products enabled us to achieve our vision of providing the ultimate in modern penthouse living," continues Goodman. "Gaggenau provided us with product training so we could pass on our knowledge to the homeowners. It's an unbeatable end-to-end service that, when combined with the highest quality products, makes Gaggenau our appliance partner of choice."

Omnia has been named a finalist in two categories in the prestigious 2021 HIA NSW Region Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards: 2021 Apartment of the Year and 2021 Apartment Complex.
