Josh Klein Finalist in National Young Entrepreneurs Award

Social Status Founder Announced as Finalist in National Young Entrepreneurs Award

The national Young Entrepreneur Awards have been hailed as a key award that has seen hundreds of young entrepreneurs and start-up innovators from around the country vying for the sought-after recognition. Split into state-by-state categories the prestigious awards acknowledges the efforts and successes of business owners that are under 40 years of age.

And, with only 40 of the best from around the country being awarded, the competition is tough, to say the least. The Business News Australia’s 40-under-40 awards have just seen the Gold Coast category being finalised, with the Melbourne/Victoria finalists just being announced, among them Josh Klein.

Josh is the founder of leading social media marketing firm Social Status and digital marketing platform Promotr, for which he has earned industry leadership status from peers and clients alike.

“I am stoked that we have been selected as finalists. And, I say we, because without my team I could have never achieved what we have. This is as much their recognition as it is mine,” says Klein.

“It shows me that our unique approach and outcome-centric delivery not only gets us the results, but stands apart from other players in the industry. It is literally the overnight success that took a decade in the making,” he added.

Social Status has just had to move their head office to accommodate the growing team and with the ongoing growth of the Promotr platform, it meant that its team also saw considerable expansion over the past twelve months. With ever-changing algorithms and consumer behaviour trends, it is a constant process of staying abreast with changes and ahead of the curve, which Josh and has team have proven to excel at.

“This award recognition really means a lot to us,” says Rebecca Lomas, General Manager of Promotr.
